Welcome to Sunset Hills Towns Community Association. A homeowners association (HOA) is a legal entity that governs a community of homes. Sunset Hills works on behalf of the residents to protect, maintain, and improve the common areas, privileges and interests of its residents. Property values are preserved through consistent standards for the maintenance and improvement of individual homes within the community.

The Board of Directors and Committees of this HOA are made up of volunteers that give their time and talents for the benefit of the neighborhood. Sunset Hills is always in need of enthusiastic, caring, motivated volunteers.
